Job Description:Install, configure, enhance, and test any new or existing tools.Manage user accounts, manage data backups, and perform tools upgrade.Take part in daily scrum, planning meetings with the team members and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.Develop and deliver scripts required for maintaining the Tool set.Involve in any qualification processes of any new tool or any tool features as needed.Create needed documentation on any new tool or new feature on any existing tool. Participate in any tool demonstrations to the stake holders.
