Job Description:

•  Position requires detailed analysis of JD to understand and prioritize job descriptions, screening profiles, scheduling/ coordinating interviews, gathering feedback.
•  Sourcing quality profiles from various sourcing technique & evaluating the same according to job specification received from various clients.
•  Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates & ability to build own database
•  Submit qualified candidates and respond to client concerns
•  Utilize all internal recruiting technology systems in order to track all candidate activity
•  Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview and ensuring following up for Candidate participation post interview processes
•  Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up for joining to ensure the on boarding
•  Handling both senior level and junior level positions
•  Responsible for the entire life cycle of the Non-IT recruitment process.
•  Experience working on both contract/fulltime positions.
•  Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written skills.
