We have an urgent opening with IDC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (A CMMI Level 3 Organization)(5 Days working company) (www.idctechnologies.com) For the post of IT / SR IT Recruiter. We are Looking For Immediate Joiner.

It offers full life cycle IT consulting services that include but not limited to project management, system analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. These services are provided either on-site (India) or off-site at their offshore facilities (India)

At present we are hiring at various positions within our company & primarily looking for Sr. IT Recruiters and Sales Managers - Domestic IT Staffing. These positions will be based out of our facility at Hyderabad.

Brief job description of the IT Recruiter (Domestic IT Staffing) Profile:

  • Sourcing of CV's as per client's requirements.
  • Provide full life cycle of IT recruitment (Traditional Recruiting, Web based Recruiting), that includes: identification and sourcing of external talent, internal marketing of applicable candidate profiles
  • Traditional Methods would include social networking, Employee Referrals, Cold calling, Advertising, and internal resume databases.
  • External recruitment methods would include searching various job portals like Naukri, Monsterindia, timesjobs etc.
  • Match/Qualify resume against the job requirement.
  • Pre-qualify the candidates by evaluating technical strengths and career goals through an in-depth technical screening. This would involve talking to the candidates on the phone.
  • Generate momentum by providing consistent follow up and feedback in order to manage expectations, candidate's availability status that results in a smooth hiring process.
  • Coordinate with the Internal Sales Team on a daily basis to follow-up for previous submittals & make new searches on fresh requirements.
  • Coordinate telephone and in person interviews with applicants to further evaluate candidate's employability.
  • Following up the interviews till the final placement is done. Building up the relationship with candidates. Keeping constant touchwith the client and the candidate before joining and after selection as well. 
  • Maintain excellent rapport with Clients and engage in extensive networking

Job Location: Hyderabad
Shift Time:  9 AM to 6 M (Monday toFriday) 
Essential Requirements: 
Good theoretical understanding of current IT keywords prevalent
Good communication skills

Educational Qualification:
  • B.E. /BCA/ B.Tech / B.Sc., BIS (OR)
  • BBA/B.com with MBA (Information Systems)  (OR)
  • MCA (OR)Graduate with GNIIT or other relevant IT Courses & relevant work exp.
