We have an immediate opening for Hr - Recruiter position @ Zuti Engineering solutions for Hyderabad location.
Qulaification: Any Gradute
Experience: 2yrs to 5yrs
Primary Function:
Will be Involved in Recruitment Process of various skills / Technology on CAE / Product Design / Embedded and Product Development of various clients in Automotive, Off-highway, Defense, Healthcare and General Engineering industry sectors.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Will be involved in Recruitment process of hiring various skills / Technology in Engineering sector like CAE - Hyper mesh, Ansys... CAD - Pro-E, Catia / Embedded Development.
2. Complete knowledge of Entire Recruitment Life-Cycle including Sourcing, Screening,Interviewing and offering/follow ups.
3. Ability to understand the project requirement and specification of various business processes and thoroughness to source accordingly as per the company policies and clients expectations.
4. Good knowledge of using social networking sites.
Skills/Job requirements (Must Have)
1. Good experience in end to end recruitment Process.
2. Good Communication/Presentation Skills.
3. Good Convincing skills.
4. Ability to get things done quickly and of high quality
5. Willingness to take on new challenges and solve unfamiliar problems.
6. Good Interpersonal and team working skills
7. Knowledge on Engineering domain or Technology will be added advantage.
